  Its always nice to find cheap furniture...and Fantastic does have some incredible bargains. But you need to know its backed by decent service and warranty. We bought 2 beds from Fantastic and during assembly I leant on one of the anks supporting the mattress and it snapped instantly. It was very lightweight and really should have not broken. The staff at Fantastic refused to replace the board. The said it was my fault it broke. Not a very good experience. Dave

  brought a package and was ready within two weeks was extremely happy. Told that the couch would be an extra 2 weeks had no problem with that
  As i sit on the phone a month and a half later i am being told production on the couch has not yet started...
  you pay a mini fortune for these things and to be told that its not even started and will be an extra 4 to 6 weeks really poor and very disappointed shame that the customer service was good but as a whole really upset experience

  Fantastic furniture? More like average furniture, the customer service was terrible, you have one staff member on dealing with the customers, waited around for 20 minutes to be even spoken to and ended up walking out, your loss for a sale.
