  I've been meaning to write this review for a while now, my delay is no reflection on the amazing service received in store.
  
  We were greeted as soon as we walked in, I explained the issue we were trying to solve with a new bed frame in VERY non-expert language. The person who helped us listened, worked through a number of possible solutions, zooming about the store and experimenting with bits and pieces until they were happy that we'd have the right tools and hardware (and so cheap a fix too!) to go home and fix the issue.
  
  They were an excellent communicator, putting things in lay persons terms and explaining what had caused the issue with the bed legs and letting us learn in the process. I was overwhelmed (in a good way!) with their generous sharing of knowledge and willingness to take the time to find a solution.
  
  We're new to Ballarat and this will most definitely be our go to hardware store in future. Thank you!
